Both Harvard and Stanford Universities found health issues from job stress alone cause more deaths than diabetes, Alzheimer's or influenza. Stress is not only the new norm, but the new epidemic. According the the World Health Organization (WHO), stress has been classified as the health epidemic of the 21 century.


Through relaxing the nervous system and calming the mind, you can become more aware of what taxes you physically, mentally and emotionally and how to handle it.

By exposing yourself to Sound Therapy, through personal or group sessions or at home listening to tracks specifically created for calming the mind and body, you can start to minimize the effects stress has on you and your family as well.

What to Expect

You will  relax comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed, with shoes off. I have a blanket for added comfort if needed.

Depending on the type of session, you will either be calm and in a meditative state or actively engaged in deep breathing, visualizations and  personalized affirmations.

A brief discussion will follow to address any questions  or concerns and to review what took place during the session.
