If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, simply mail all items included with the purchase back to us in the original box and we'll provide a full refund or store credit, less the initial shipping charge.
Returns must be made within 15 days of the date you received the item. Returns after 15 days will be solely on a case-by-case basis and, if permitted, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns must be mailed to us at your cost.
If you wish to make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return request. Returns that are sent without first initiating a return request will not be processed. Please provide a detailed reason for your return in the email, a copy of your receipt and any photos if necessary for faster processing as well as your name and contact information.
Refunds for Services are refundable up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time of the Services session. Please call or email at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule sessions. Any scheduled session not canceled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours will be charged in full.
