At times children are faced with anxiety, stress and floods of emotion that we as adults know all too well. Like us, the process of calming down can be a struggle. Soothing music and guided mental imagery can help children to focus and utilize their breath when becoming anxious, angry or overly excited.
I have created an 11 minute guided dolphin meditation as a playful introduction to help kids learn the power of their own breath.
